I have been trying to reply to a community post with photos, but no matter what I try the photos won't upload. I am attempting the drag and drop method as I'm not sure what the fields in the camera icon require.
I converted the photos to jpeg, but nothing happens when I drag them into the field.
Help.
Thank you

Try copying and pasting an image or screenshot directly into the message itself.
If that does not work, there may be limits to adding photos for new or first-time posters; eBay has had a problem with some folks opening new accounts just to spam the community pages.

When I want to post an image to these boards I just use the built in Windows Screen Snip utility. Snip goes to the clipboard and then just paste into the Community Post you are working on.

eBay doesn't tell you when your picture files are too large, it just refuses the upload. Try making them no larger than 1600 pixels on the largest size. This is the standard maximum size for most eBay functions.

Having same problem for the last two days now. It will not upload and times out. All photos are under the max limit, so don't say that. Three days ago I had no problems making 5 sale pages with 24 photos each. I have been selling on Ebay for a long while now, this is the first time this has happened to me.

Test upload of a photo from a relatively new account.
