eBay is not here; this is a user forum. Email addresses and order numbers are not public information that anyone here has access to.

Use the "contact seller" link in your Purchase History to send a direct message to the seller. Or go to the seller's profile or feedback page and use the link there to send a message.

No, we can't  do that... we are buyers and sellers just like yourself.   We try to provide help and advice for those having difficulties on ebay.

The # you posted does not seem to have a match on eBay, either sold or unsold.

None of us can contact your seller, but you should be able to see a "Contact Seller" option in the listing where you made the purchase.  

And you're absolutely certain this was a local pickup  item and the seller was not mailing it?  When was the purchase made? And can you make sure that what you posted is the actual item number?
