I see you are registered in Burundi.

If that seller is not set up to ship to or receive payments from Burundi, you may have to find another seller that does.

You are registered in Australia. Have you tried checking out on ebay.com.au instead?

Is your seller new to selling?

Does your seller ship to Australia and accept payment from Australian banks?
