I can't print labels

Thank you. I thought by working with the eBay member, Brittanie, that's what I was doing. What's the point of having this community help log if you don't actually receive any help? And yes, I did try voiding the original shipping label, but I received the error which I provided a screenshot for above.

Not sure why it's so difficult to deal with eBay and/or get ahold of someone who can actually assist, but I appreciate your tips above.

I know that this can be confusing...

The community team only gathers information to share with other depts and answers policy questions. There are only 3 of them and one team member is mostly on the Canada site community pages now.

They can not issue refunds.

Also, when sharing pictures please use the camera icon at the top of the box when posting. Your image will then appear in the post. Do not post any private information here.

When you attach images they have to be downloaded first to view them which I will not do.

Hey @soxpatscelts1 - Thank you for getting me this info. I reported what you're seeing to the tech team to review. I've requested the proper team have a look, so keep an eye on your PayPal account for a shipping label refund. If one is approved it would show there.

As @comics-scifi-collectibles mentioned, typically customer service is the best place to go if you're running into an issue with your account, as they can access it to do troubleshooting and provide fuller assistance when refunds or other actions need to be taken. The Community Team (myself, @Brian@ebay and @Tyler@eBay) aren't able to provide this level of support. I still hope the above helps.

Same exact thing happened to me this morning. Still can't print the label. Same error message. Called in and reported it to CS who tried to get me to purchase another label. Other CS agent said call USPS, not Ebay's probelm.

Hey @soxpatscelts1 The tech team was able to confirm we had a momentary outage with the label printing system, but this has been resolved and you should be okay with future labels.

@galaxydollsandtoys - That's not how we want you to feel and I can assure you that it's concerning to us when a seller can't print a label. As mentioned above, we did have an issue with the label printing platform, but this has been since resolved. If you continue to run into issues with labels please contact customer service so they can report this to the tech team.
