I am having the same problem. I tried chatting with customer service, who lied and told me the box was too big. When I explained the math, they said prove it. Now customer service is down completely with no way to chat and still cannot print. I have tried different browsers and different shipping methods and it still isn't working. Sorry for the bad news, but you aren't alone, and at this point, eBay doesn't seem to care.
