I can't have any help from eBay for my return items issue

I received the package with 8 wrong shirts but I could only return 2 because there were no options to return them all. What should I do? I tried to ask help to eBay but there is no way to contact anyone. I need help, this is starting to get stressful. No contact numbers, no virtual chat working.

Were items purchased separately but packed together using one tracking number...or two tracking numbers...or same tracking number on all 8 items?
