No Answer or question from seller

I have a problem I don't know why I perches a item it hasn't shipped out yet I goting a tracking number I asked questions to the seller and no replies back I don't know what I should do I don't want cancel it because eBay says it's could be on the way  ALL man I don't know PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

Seller isn't required to answer messages or let you know if the item has shipped.

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

I got a answer from the seller he was having internet problems everything is a o.k now 😃👍 my items it's on the way here
