Hey guys. On the 1st of Dec. I begin Promoted Listings about for 200items. Nothing happened for 24 hours. On the 2nd of Dec. started a new promotion at about 60 items. Again nothing happened (I mean couldn't watch my promoted listings any message about the discount etc). After an hour I saw my 1st promotion on pending and after 2h all DONE according to eBay.
