I have been trying for days to retrieve a shipping label from the seller but when I click on the link it gives me an error message cant process your request due to technical error
Please help

What do you mean by "retrieve" a shipping label?
Did you file a Returns Request, the seller approved and you have an option to PRINT RETURN LABEL ? If so, and it does not work, make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, and try again. You will be using the Reader to download the label instead of your browser's reader when you click the option.
