Hi Everyone,

I cannot pay for items with the credit card/ Debit Card option it always gives me the following messages : We can't process your payment. Try again, or select a different payment method to check out.

I tried multiple credit cards and I still get the same message. Can someone please shed some light on this issue. It is really frustrating to try to buy items for your business but you can't PAY FOR IT! Thank you.

You must register any funding card - credit/debit/gift - with your PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Be sure our PayPal account is linked to your eBay account, then check out by selecting which card you want to use.

Of course, you may already have a PayPal account established, but have you linked eBay to PayPal?

If you don’t have a PP account, you must get one and get them linked. www.paypal.com/us/home
