How to stop the $5 pop up?

I keep getting a pop up telling me I can get $5 to download the app(I'm using the pc right now when I see this).

Is there anyway to make it stop permanently?

Have you considered... installing the app and using the $5 coupon?

I have not seen that popup since I did that. So apparently there is at least one way to get that pop-up to go away.

You could probably use an ad blocker's element hiding tool to block that specific pop-up, but that would probably require more work than it was worth, unless you are really bothered by it.

Yeah this thing is a joke.  Every page, every browse on ebay and this stupid pop-up keeps coming.  Very annoying.  What is this garbage?
