my account have been locked i have been asked to provide profe that it is my account and so i did... iaperantly it wanst enogh so they told me i need to talk to live team mamber to help me and gave me the phone number..

and so i did... but this stupid bot that keep answering say : we upgrading so we cant answer"...., or she keeps ask me why i calld and i cant seem to figure what to tell her so she will transfer me to a real human being... instand she keeps ask question and saying to transfer you to the right person tell me ur problem , after i tell her she says for help go to the web and hangs up... i need HUMAN help! what to do anyone know?

Hmm were did this message with a phone number come from: Not a normal thing eBay uses.

Possible scam.

i did... i need specificly get human operator at the phone service... and i dont know how to do that their bot keep hangup on me

they sent me massage telling me i need to identfy and prove its my account i sent them 4 numbers of the card as they asked drivers licance and some more stuff.. after that they told me i need to contact a human service via phone..

when i try to login to my acc its what im seeing

cant even contact them so i opend this account to contact them and i still cant do anything..

I do not think you will be able to call eBay directly from Israel or get a call back.

Try contacting eBay via chat or social media. You can request a chat with an agent through the chat assistant by typing "agent".
