How do I get help with a Marketplace scam

Seller on Marketplace sent my package to someone else. After 6 emails that he has not read I think it's a scam

New seller 3 payments on hold dating back to March 1st.

All items shipped Priority immediatly. Received by buyer and my payments are still on hold

Seller created a label but never shipped item...have contacted her several times, she is not telling me the truth
