Major Problems with New ebay Formatting

There are too many to list. Many important features/functions have been omitted, links between seller pages are gone... Each listing has a huge "Promote listing" button. "Wow! That's so essential."

Unable to edit draft in Discount (Markdown) Manager

Again, the ebay site seems to be experiencing issues with the Markdown/Discount tool in the Seller Hub. Unable to edit saved draft for a discount promotion - buttons to select "edit" or "add" to sale are missing or non-functional.

Video stuck in "Under review" mode

Every couple of months I can't list my item because the uploaded video gets stuck in "Under Review" mode.After 48 hours no any progress. Usually any of my video approved within couple minutes.
