Social media is always better for contacting CS even when the call centers are open.
Contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

@taadaa58 I know you are frustrated but there is no need to "yell" at me in all caps. Some depts have call back options. The help pages direct members to depts.
I suggested FB because the CS agents are more experienced and you are more likely to get help there. Just getting an agent on the phone doesn't mean you are going to get an answer about your problem.

I agree to this comment. i contacted eBay on 6-9-20 and talked to a person. i was told to call back on 6-13-20 which i have not been able to get ahold of someone on the phone since then. i have a seller who won't send me a return label for sending the wrong item. i have taken all of the routes and keep getting no where. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. i am very frustrated with this.

People have gotten thru to the phone CS by going to the help pages and answering the questions given so you can get routed to the right person to handle the problem.
That may only be available at certain times of the day.........probably what would normally be business hours.

When you go under contact you should be able to request a call back maybe that is only on specific things but today we needed to talk to someone about a fed-ex overcharge and I just went under seller shipping and then contact us then and then request callback.
