Good Til Canceled listings which should have auto-renewed have disappeared

I should have 648 active listings rather than the 636 active listings displayed on eBay.

I had 12 "Good Til Canceled" listings scheduled to "end" / auto-renew yesterday. Those 12 listings disappeared after they "ended". Those listings are nowhere to be found on eBay. Not on active listings. Not on ended listings. Not on My eBay. Not on Seller Hub. Not on Items For Sale By Seller - active listings. Not on Items For Sale by Seller - completed listings.

I have 33 GTC listings scheduled to "end" / auto renew today.  Will they also disappear? Time will tell...

I've noticed a big lag time with GTC listings ending and renewing and adjusting the total active count.  My active listing number changes frequently during the process.  Most days I have 15-30 listings auto renewing and my total active number will go up and down as they do so.   I think that if you continue to monitor it it will eventually revert to the correct total number.   At least that is my experience for whatever it's worth.

Thank you for your reply. That has usually been my experience though some of the "ended" / auto renewed listings tended to be visible on the Seller Hub active listings tab within an hour or so. That is not the case with my listings which "ended" yesterday.

The 12 listings which should have auto-renewed yesterday are nowhere to be found today. It has now been over 24 hours since the first group of those listings disappeared. Other sellers also experienced this glitch yesterday.

Have you tried reaching eBay through the Business FB page?  I find that the most helpful - at least they reply fairly quickly, speak English, and seem to understand.  They can add your account to any ticket that is open for the glitch if there is one.  That link is https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness

Thank you, I will give that a shot.

So far my GTC listings which end / auto-renew today are slowly reappearing on my active listings tab. My GTC listings which "ended" yesterday are still nowhere to be found.

I think that it's encouraging that you're seeing the ones from today at least, but it does seem odd that yesterday's still aren't showing up.  So I'd send a private message on that FB link.  (Has to be a private message, not just a general post.  I don't think I mentioned that before.)    Did you check SH - listings section - ended listings?  Or unsold and not relisted listings?  That section is pretty extensive.  Sure hope you find yesterday's items.

Maybe bc they were too old (in eBay's mind) to auto re list?

Thank you for the clarification re: eBay for Business on Facebook.

I have repeatedly checked my Seller Hub active listings tab, ended listings tab, and unsold listings tab, as well as the completed listings link on the Items For Sale By Seller public page.  So far, yesterday's "ended" GTC listings don't appear on any of my tabs / lists / pages.

I messaged eBay for Business on Facebook yesterday. I'm waiting for a reply. I know they're short-staffed and have a significant backlog of messages / issues to deal with so I'll be patient.

All 33 of my GTC listings scheduled to "end" yesterday successfully auto-renewed.

Still no sign of the 12 GTC listings which should have auto-renewed on Oct. 26. I'm tempted to create new listings for those items and deal with any "duplicate listings" issues which might arise should the original listings reappear.

You're most welcome.  The FB people will get back to you and they will need specifics to look into your account - of course if the listings have disappeared from everywhere, I don't know how you'd find those item numbers for example - but let's see what they say they need.  They will report it to the right place too for investigation.  I have far more confidence in that process than just opening up a chat session.  Takes forever to explain the problem at least 3 times as you get transferred, and then, even if they understand, they never follow up - at least in my experience.

I am experiencing the same situation since the 26th.   Active GTC listings seem to have disappeared.   I chatted with an eBay agent for a short time and he assured me that it was a known issue with tech support and it should be resolved shortly.  Just sharing my piece.  Thanks and happy selling!

I thought about the lack of item numbers when I messaged eBay on Facebook. My hope is that information about my missing listings is still available in my activity history on an eBay server (and that someone at eBay will be able to locate that information).

I know that bc of the months that have less than 31 days, there are a few days lag time for those listings to re-appear. This will depend on when they were listed too, so may take 1 day or maybe up to 3 days.
