I should have 648 active listings rather than the 636 active listings displayed on eBay.

I had 12 "Good Til Canceled" listings scheduled to "end" / auto-renew yesterday. Those 12 listings disappeared after they "ended". Those listings are nowhere to be found on eBay. Not on active listings. Not on ended listings. Not on My eBay. Not on Seller Hub. Not on Items For Sale By Seller - active listings. Not on Items For Sale by Seller - completed listings.

I have 33 GTC listings scheduled to "end" / auto renew today. Will they also disappear? Time will tell...

Thank you. My 12 missing GTC listings were not all created on the same day in the same month. They coincidentally were due to "end" on the same date - October 26.

My 33 GTC listings which were due to "end" yesterday (October 27) all successfully auto-renewed.

So far, of my 51 GTC listings which were / are due to "end" today (October 28), those which have "ended" have all successfully auto-renewed.

Other sellers have mentioned that they experienced similar issues with disappearing GTC listings which were due to "end" / auto-renew on October 26.

Yes, this happens periodically thru-out the year bc eBay works on a 31 day calendar, so when those 28 and-or 30 day months occur, the listings won't auto re-list until they catch up to that 31 day time frame.

I remember in February lots of us freaked out bc our listings took 2-4 days to re-appear 😱

That's when I learned of the calendar days lag time

That's encouraging. Be sure that if you talk with Ebay that you get your account added to the ticket. If there is a known issue as indicated to you, the CS rep should have already added your account and said something to that effect. Notifying eBay by sending a private message on the Facebook page is another avenue to take.

Also, it is very true, as @stuff4divas mentioned, there always seems to be some delay at the end of months while listing renewals "catch up" because if you list something on the 31st of a month, but the next month only has 28, 29, or 30 days in it, the system seems to get a little confused temporarily.

Mel from eBay for Business on Facebook added my account to the ticket.

I was able to find an item number for one of the missing listings (Walt Disney 100 Years Of Magic 2001 Trading Card 1966 Limited Edition Exclusive) by searching my eBay email for offers I sent to watchers. I can view that listing via the link in my email but the listing doesn't appear on my active listings nor does it appear in search results. Very odd.

TLDR version: Progress!
