Global error page

When trying to sell similar on my listings (multiple different items), getting the Global error page again.  Happening on desktop multiple browsers used (Chrome and Firefox)

Message states

I'm having the same problem this morning.  Trying to revise my listings to the new USPS Ground Advantage.  I got 6 items out of 250 revised, but am now getting that same message.  This looks like it's going to take a very long time to update my items.  Not good planning on eBay's part!

Looks like it was Ebay working on the back end.  Everything worked correctly on the 10th
