GALLERY THUMBNAILS NOT SHOWING - IT'S 3 DAYS ALREADY- HUGE PROBLEM - EBAY IT TEAM WHERE ARE YOU???

I saw many sellers like me that their main gallery picture is blank .

some sellers are not even aware of this issue . 

IT'S A HUGE PROBLEM THAT EFFECT MANY SELLERS WORLDWIDE - WHERE IS EBAY TEAM ????

DIDN'T SAW ANY ANNOUNCEMENT OR RESPOND ON THE FOURM. 

SELLERS AND EBAY LOSING PROFIT . 

IT'S A SHAME THAT AFTER 3 DAYS WITH THIS EBAY  BUG , THERE IS NO RESPOND EXCEPT OF OURS.

Yes, and their "Fix Your Picture" link hasn't worked for years, either.

My store is up for renewal.  At this rate, for the first time, I'm thinking about renewing month to month instead of for the year.  I've lost so much trust.

On the technical issues board, someone talked to an Ebay rep that said they are aware of the problem, working on it, and that it could take weeks to fix.

i don't think they are hiring good techs. can't fix a simple problem like this & they act like it's not happening or no big deal!.. No technical support contact #. eBay going downhill fast. I'm transffering all my auctions to etsy. This is Ridiculous!!!

They are not even bothered to answer us on the tech forum  , it's the least that they can do .

So many sellers are shooting blank ‏thumbnails , it's scaring buyers away from ebay .

The only thing that make me feel better is that if we are not making money ---- > ebay also not profiting .

I lost trust 2 days ago.....

All your listings started yesterday or today.  It's not a bug, just normal data processing time.

Sundays are typically a heavy listing day for sellers and so processing times are longer.  Give it another day or so, it takes time to process the thousands of seller listings posted on a Sunday or Monday due to heavy traffic.

I'm also experiencing this issue on all of my new listings. Even items that worked fine a couple weeks ago that I relisted are having a photo gallery issue. I use Auctiva and I'm curious if the issue is with third party sites, or just eBay itself.

Like i was written above , they should at least tell us that they are working on it .

It's the least that they can do .

So many sellers already reported this bug , and some reps are saying that there is no issue at all , and we need to Reset our computer - come on it's Ridiculous.

if we are selling 24/7 and paying 10% of each sell + monthly fees  - ebay team should do as well 24/7

This is NOT an Auctiva issue!  Try entering a new listing using the eBay system AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS!

Further, I spoke with another seller who posts thousands of listings using Vendio AND THEY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!

3 days and NO FIX.

eBay: FIX YOUR SITE and STOP BLAMING 3rd PARTIES!!!

it needs change the picture format to .jpg or .png ..... some mobile taking photos r not in these format

It's not a format issue for me.  Mobile photos are taken in jpg format and sent in the same jpg.

We're still having problems - even when using other listing options.

This problem has been sporadically happening, at least for me, for at least the last year.  I currently sit with 240 auction items up with no thumbnail image.  I launched these on Sunday, and was really hoping to see the problem resolved by now. 

I was considering leaving Auctiva to directly list on ebay, but it appears the problem can occur using ebay as well.  This is such a huge problem, that has been going on for so long, it does seem that ebay could find some permanent fix.

Really, I've been listing since 2001 and only had this problem occasionally for six months....I list 400-500 items every sunday for almost 20 years and that's never been a problem until recently. Most weeks only a few don't show up but  this weekend all of them (about 425) didn't show up. If I don't have thumbnail gallery pictures for 3 days on 7 day auctions that hurts ebay's bottom line and mine.
