Fixed price listings not found using keyword search or item numbers

This seems to have happened after I came back from vacation and closed my store, pretty sure I took the store off the vacations setting prior to closing it .

I still have the basic 50 listings account but now none of the fixed price listings I enter are showing up in keyword searches. When using the eBay item number it returns page does not exist. The auctions I enter do show up.

This has been going on for a few weeks and was reported 10 days ago with eBay still supposedly looking into it.

I just got off the phone and they are now suppose to get back to me in 24-36 hours with an answer.

I'am guessing it has something to do with the vacation setting when I had my store prior to closing it since auctions still show even when on vacation and fixed price listings do not. Their is no vacation option for basic accounts so I cant try changing that. Also tried the making a change to a listing as suggested in other post and still no joy.

Still waiting on eBay tech support. Until than no fixed price sales possible.

If you unsubscribed from your store without turning off the vacation settings, that can cause problems.

If you want to be able to have fixed price listings and you are unable to get help from eBay, you may want to re-start a store subscription, make the necessary vacation setting changes, and then possibly unsubscribe. You may wind up having to pay for the entire month or more, though.

If you can get ahold of a customer service rep, you may be able to subscribe to a store, change your settings and get the rep to cancel your subscription.
