Is this happening for anyone else?
If I search for an item (DD1649-001 for example), it brings up all the active listings. Then if i hit "Sold Items" and try to filter it to show me all the sales, it says 0 items have sold. This is completely wrong because it then shows them in the "results matching fewer words" section but i cant filter them by date sold or anything else.
This needs to be fixed. Does anyone know if ebay is aware of this?

I'm having this exact issue. I believe it is also affecting overall views on listings.

Hope they can get this fixed ASAP. What a mess. It's especially messing up sold listings searches but does appear to have some effect on normal searching as well.

I'm getting nothing in sold and completed listings since April 2nd or so. Does anyone know if eBay is actually aware of this and is trying to fix it?

They have changed the format. What once used to be an easy click on a tab down the left side on the "summary" page, now you get.....nothing. I have contacted eBay about it and was told "this is the new format. It can not be changed back." I had sold some items and was trying to get to my "sold" page so I could invoice and ship. I could not find it. Technical had me opening tab after tab to try to get to a page I once just had to click on a tab. I still have not shipped the items as I do not know the shipping address. I have tried to message my customers, but since the 2nd of this month...I have had no messages...or sales.

Same problem here. I am a bi-annual seller - only sell a few times a year after I acquire stock through various lot purchases. I have everything ready to go, but I can't even begin the process of listing without a frame of reference for how to price things.

As I posted in the other thread I did contact the eBay for Business facebook and they said they forwarded on the issue, but who knows.. Would be nice if they read this forum and responded. Here's hoping it's soon

Nothing new, just adding to the list of angry members here. This is fundamentally debilitating to my sourcing, and I have also noticed an abrupt slowing in the sales of my existing listing that seems to have no correlation to my posting behavior or market conditions. No word from eBay and the site I make my living on is broken.
Thankfully I keep a large buffer of inventory that can keep me occupied cleaning/testing/fixing/buying replacement parts/accessories - whatever. Hopefully the buffer will last until this is resolved, because since I first notices this (approximately (4/1/2021) my sourcing time has pretty much been a wash.

Agree @product2people . How do sellers and buyers know what a decent price for the item is if the sold search is completely broke? Needs fixed ASAP

If you have a search keyword or part number that has both alpha and numeric characters, try separating the different character types with spaces and replace any hyphens with spaces as well.
Instead of searching for DD1649-001, search for DD 1649 001.

Not a perfect replacement, but at least that provides some sort-able results.

Just got a reply in a mobile app forum from staff that they are looking into the issue. It seems prevalent across all platforms (PC, Android, IOS) Going out of town to pick tomorrow and it's gonna be trusting my gut and knowledge if it's not fixed. Been that way for a week, and unfortunately I've wasted some money.
