Filter and sort buttons not working when I search a sellers site.
Blue circle appears.
I have cleared cookies and cache in Chrome as well as ebay cache.
In addition unistalled ebay app and reinstalled.

Same, and I rolled back the app to three months ago and still the sort button fails and filter doesn't open when viewing a seller.
Sellers lose sales without searching, filters and sorting operational. Two sellers with thousands of listings lost out on my bids because I couldn't see listings ending.
**bleep** how is this acceptable.

Same problem. Using the app the sort & filter features both quit working around 4pm EST on 3/18/24. Also sellers lost out on my bids as I could not find the items as the auctions ended.
Spent several hours trying to correct using all the above attempts without success.
What needs to be done to correct the problem?

There is a similar issue on the website. I expect what's happening on the app is related. devon@ebay is trying to get info for us on the web issue, and I tagged him on another thread to make sure he's aware the issue extends to the app. You can follow along with his updates here:

I just contacted a support agent who took the issue very seriously. Says they are urgently bringing the request up. Seems like it wasn't just me. It is indeed an issue and they too ran into the problem when trying to use the buttons.
I bid on hundreds of items each week and heavily rely on saved searches, filtering, and sorting daily. Filtering and sorting not functioning as intended has prevented me from bidding on many items in the last 24-48 hours. That sucks and as someone who also consigns many things I'm just happy that my listings ended before this issue seemed to arise.

Having same issue. Also, when I search for items on ebay (not mine, just any item in general) I will get a blank ebay results page BUT it will also tell me the number of results of the item and number of pages.

Still not fixed. Can't get through by phone to call and report.
Automated chat is a joke and waste of time.

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

We have also ceased all buying until this is resolved. It's too difficult to purchase without being able to sort and filter.
