New Feedback Screen Not Working

Since you changed the feedback screen I am no longer able to leave feedback for sellers.  The feedback button is always grayed out.  It's aggravating and I hate the new feedback.  Never had a problem with it until you changed it.  Also, why is so difficult to report technical issues to you.

If eBay folks are reading this forum, they are not responding here. This forum is primarily for users to ask and answer each others' questions, to provide tips and suggestions and to share best practices.

 

It appears you have been able to leave feedback as recently as the last week, so you have had at least some success with the new feedback page.

 

Are you using this page to leave feedback?

If so, and you want to send a comment to eBay about the new page, try using this link:

Try another browser to see if that makes any difference. Or try leaving feedback using the eBay app.

 

Make sure you select every required field and enter a comment in the comment box, and check to make sure you are not getting an error message. Try selecting the various choices again. Make sure you have not already left feedback for the transaction, and that the item is still listed on eBay. If the transaction is older than sixty days, if the item has been removed or if the seller is no longer registered, you will not be able to leave feedback.

 

If nothing works, you can also try signing in to ebay.ca and trying to leave feedback there.

This thread is from 2021, but the suggestions above might still be helpful.

 

eBay has recently changed one of the feedback pages. If you are having problems entering a comment, and encountering what appears to be a prefilled in comment, that is not actually a real feedback comment, just a suggestion or hint.

 

You should be able to enter a comment by putting your cursor in the comment field, clicking, and then typing or pasting in a comment. Just ignore the hint that eBay displays; it should disappear when you start to enter a new comment.

 

If that does not help, try using a different browser or a different page to leave feedback.

If you are a seller, try using Seller Hub to leave feedback.

 

If nothing else works, try using the eBay app to leave feedback.

New Feedback Screen Not Working

Have uninstalled and reinstalled app but still haven't got a "SUBMIT" button toeave feedback.  Have checked items and all questions answered / purchase list is correct but after "leave picture" screen no SUBMIT button and no "enter text" facility.  I think feedback or ap update has screwed up the feedback system.
