On the feedback profile page, if we click on "reply" (to thank buyers for positive feedback recently left) or "request revision" (we just had a negative feedback saying "doesn't work" where the buyer is reviewing a brand new and sealed beauty product she bought, not us as the seller -- she is new to eBay and we want to make sure she understands that feedback is supposed to be about the seller, not the product). Anyway, when we click on "reply" or "request revision" the screen goes grey for a second or two and then nothing happens and we are still on the feedback profile page with no way to leave a reply to positive feedback or to request a revision to negative feedback. We recently switched to automatic feedback if that matters. Thank you.
