Feedback flow issue this morning

There seems to be an issue with the Feedback Flow this morning ... there have been a number of threads on it ...

Hey @mr_lincoln! We will go ahead and get a ticket open for this. Also we will be on the lookout for a sitewide ticket to add to the tech board as well. 

 

Edit: There is now a sitewide ticket open and members can reach out to customer support and let them know that they are running into ALERT14130.

Add my account to the list ... just tried to leave FB and got the error.  As to Members having to "reach out to customer support" I think a better approach is a thread created by eBay staff with the issue and Alert in the title and Members post on that thread to add them to the Alert list ... AND the Department handling the issue monitors that thread to add Member IDs.

I think it is inconvenient to expect Members to go through the lengthy and sometimes unsuccessful process of 1) requesting a call back or 2) using the Chat feature to speak to an eBay rep.  And for Buyers that certainly does not "Enhance the buying experience".  

We read about difficulties in contacting and speaking with eBay reps here all the time ... please understand I am not trying to be contrary ... I just think it's eBay's job to fix the issue on the site so all affected Member accounts are restored to normal functionality.  This is being posted on the "Share eBay Technical issues" board so I would think someone in the various departments has been tasked to monitor this?!?

Hey devon@ebay. Does that ticket also apply to automatic feedback failing. I just noticed that feedback to buyers using automated settings failed starting yesterday 10/25.

Disregard. Whatever the problem was with auto-FB, it's working now.

Feedback has not been working since yesterday morning!

NONE of my sales last night either even have the leave fedback link.

NONE of these sales are listed in my feedback list.

It is empty. And I am getting so frustrated with these

CONSTANT eBay errors.
