I've spent all day trying to figure this out and see there are others asking why they can't find the email that usually gets sent when a buyer or seller opens up a "feedback revision request". I did this as well and I didn't get an email sent to me and the buyer didn't get one either who I was trying to get them to revise one to a Positive. The buyer wants to fix a Neutral to a Positive for me but said they didn't get an email anywhere showing the request. I've seen many questions here on the community but everyone gets the same answer "ask for a feeback revision request" well the rep I just talked to on the phone said it's an issue where the emails are not getting sent to buyers or sellers but shows "Revision Requested" next to my feedback I wanted changed. But like others have said they don't have any way to revise it and no email showing a request was sent in the first place. This is a pretty huge issue that needs looked into and it has nothing to do with buyer or seller not seeing the emails about it they just didn't get sent but still shows it was requested. Sorry for long email please let me know if anything is being done about this.
I don't believe you can request a revision for a Neutral ( I have 2 under 90 days and there is no 'link' off to the right for 'request revision' like there is for the Negative.
Another user in this thread mentioned the Neutral not being able to request revision. I just got the feedback yesterday and sent the request this morning. I even checked my old emails from this year and last where I had requested revisions and I got an email right there "You sent a feedback revision request for item #####" so with that said the buyer and seller should receive an email about the revision. Me and the buyer didn't receive an email and after talking to rep they said it's an ongoing issue now. They told me to wait 10 days and if nothing else have them remove the feedback for me. I'd prefer if the issue just gets fixed and we can receive the emails we are supposed to both buyer and seller.
