Feedback Revision Request System is Down

Dear Tech, at 9:15pm CST the Feedback Revision Request Form is unable to complete the submission. Upon clicking the "Send Request" button, and error message says:

"We're sorry, but we're having trouble sending your request. Please try again."

I have made numerous attempts at different times but same error.

Please fix, thank you.

Is this still happening to you? As of this moment, this is not on the Current known technical issues - updated as of 7/19/2025 list with an Alert # attached, but you can still report the issue.

Use this link  > eBay Home Page to locate the ? icon (scroll down until the icon pops-up in the bottom right corner). Click on the icon and you'll see the options (below) where you can Report content, Send feedback to eBay, or Report a technical problem:

Suggestion for next time:  When you post a message here, it's unlikely that anyone from eBay's Tech Support will see it.
