Features in ebay store glitch

I recently noticed the search features in particular sellers eBay stores are non-functional. The search bar redirects to eBay at large and not to the specific sellers listings. The sort and refine buttons are non-functional. Additionally, discount codes provided by the seller are not registered at checkout. I've found this to be true for multiple sellers I follow.

Are you using the store search bar, or the search bar at the top of the page? The one at the top of the page searches all of eBay, but the other search bar should search the store directly. That seems to be working for me in the stores I have checked. Depending on the store layout, the store search bar can be well-hidden.

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Try another browser and see if that allows you to use the sort and refine features.

Might help to give specific examples.........search terms and a link to listings where discount codes are not applied.
