We are experiencing an issue with listings displaying excessive estimated delivery times which is resulting in the loss of the Fasn N Free logo and Guaranteed Delivery. This happens randomly and sometimes several times per day. The estimated delivery dates have wild swings anywhere from Guaranteed Delivery in 3-4 days to as much as 11 days. All listings are set to the same shipping policy - same day handling and First Class Package. About half of our listings used to be expedited Priority Mail service. We had to change them because the estimated delivery dates for Priority Mail almost ALWAYS show 12 days. Several calls to customer service over the last two weeks with no resolution, only the following message:
Thanks for calling. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble The Estimated Date of Delivery.
I've looked into it and it looks like there's a technical problem with our site right now. I've forwarded your information to our technical team so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention and for your patience while we get it fixed.

Yep, more than a few complaints.......been reported by the Blues in response, but no correction yet that I can see...... Going to hit hard about 12/10/11/12 and thereafter......if they show delivery on 12/24/25/26.
