Exact problem here. I called eBay and feel so bad for the customer service reps, they hardly understand how to answer my question so I didn’t really get any answers except that I need to create a shipping label for the item that says overdue (which it is not). She looked at another item item that’s was already shipped and supposedly late and said it didn’t look like there were any issues.
On my laptop it doesn’t say anything about shipment overdue but on my app on my phone it does. I hope it’s just a glitch and does not affect seller performance because it’s said that on most of my shipments lately which is just false.
