I'm permently suspended from ebay?

I recently ordered some leaf insects and a enclosure yesterday, and made a offer to buy dairy cow isopods today. When I went to check ebay it said that I was permently suspended and was putting the ebay community at risk. I checked my email and found a bunch of messages canceling my orders. I can still acess and buy from ebay though? Was it a hack? I did not do anything. What did I do? ;-;

I have no clue what happened, but it sounds like you were hacked. I would contact eBay and they could probably explain what's happening.

It also had a link to explain why I was suspended but it is invalid and doesn't load.

Maybe that message was not from eBay. Maybe it was from a scammer. So maybe you clicked a link from a scammer. While the link didn't "work" for you, maybe it installed malware on your computer. I hope not, but I never click a link unless I am sure of the source.

I'm on my phone and am pretty sure it is ebay now. Found out that I also can't buy anything. It is all closed up, none of the money is returned so are my bugs still being shipped? That's all I want. Thank you

If you paid for the bugs before you got "hacked" then you got them.

Btw, if you were suspended how are you still able to be messaging on eBay community forums?

Also you can view the tracking by going to purchases and then tap on the tracking number if there is one.

I dunno tbh. Some links don't work. When I tried replying on my laptop it went to a white screen while on phone it works. The only thing that it doesn't let me do is buy more I guess? I don't sell so I dunno about selling.

Great news. After contacting a helper they redirected me to a helper that deals with accounts. Apparently ebay thought that someone buying $100 worth of bugs and supplies with a visa gift card was suspicious or something and permently suspended me. I'm excited for my bug bbs. Thank you so much.
