Error creating label

I cant even generate a shipping label on the ebay or pay pal page.

this problem is for multiple people, so I know its not a basic issue.

I only looked at one sold listing.  It stated shipping was by first class parcel, which has a minimum of $2.66 shipping cost.  If you are trying to ship using first class letter and a postage stamp, you cannot print the label using ebay or Paypal.  You have to write out your envelope and ship it at the post office.
