I cant even generate a shipping label on the ebay or pay pal page.this problem is for multiple people, so I know its not a basic issue.

I keep getting 'error creating label' everytime I try to generate a label. its not the wrong address because ive tried to create labels for 5 other people. it worked fine the first 30 times I used it..
