Yes - I have tried 4 times to send my usual store email newsletter and I get the the message that it is fine and in the qeue to go out. But it never goes out. If I check on it later, the status says it failed (try again). No reason explanation. Anyone else? Any reason or solution?

Yes and I spent 1 hour on the phone until I got somebody who said they will make a note for the tech people. Every night I create an email and every night it fails. But no worry they now say they are working on it.

I agree. Keep calling. Still no success here either. I'm not available to post tomorrow (Wednesday) in the live chat with Griff, but perhaps someone could do that about this issue. It does have the potential of speeding up the fix.

Hi - sure. It's every Wednesday at 1 p.m. west coast time. If you look at the discussion board headings in the column under "Inside Ebay", you'll see Weekly Chat with Ebay Staff. Folks can write in a question during the hour. Griff will want a specific example - perhaps the screen shot of the failed message - and he may be willing to forward the problem on to the team that should be alerted to this and fix it. Thanks!!

I tried again last night and it failed again. I did notice for the first time that after I created the email I clicked on pending emails and the schelduled date is blank. Maybe this is the problem?

I just wanted to contact a buyer to advise the status of her purchase and I keep getting an error message saying "Your message cannot be sent at this time."
Have tried several times in several different ways to send her a message via inside eBay and every time it takes forever for anything to happen and when it finally does then I get the above error message.
Just wanted to point out that there's a problem not only with mass emails/store newsletters, etc. I am just trying to contact one person about her purchase already made -- not marketing to a mailing list.

Sorry to hear of this problem for you. Apparently there are others having the same issue. Since your issue is about email messaging, and not store email marketing, which is what this thread is about, I'd suggest joining one of those other threads. The two are completely separate tech glitches.

Email marketing has been down 2 weeks - I've called 4 times. Made effort to send email marketing 6 time - all go to PENDING - then FAILURE. Not one person in Customer Service has been able to do a thing except to say -- we will report it. REALLY ebay? STOP encouraging sellers to send emails when you can't send them --- for two weeks! Someone isn't doing their job.
