So filing a claim with USPS I now get this letter saying now the receipts must CLEARLY identify the web based payment network provider though which the transaction was conducted and receipt also must have the payment method used. So how do I get such a document that states the payment method used to pay for the item I.E. CC, check, debit,ect.

I need help with this too. The print screen showing the price paid and item information does not work with them now. Anyone know how to get the receipt showing the method the buyer paid with?

Nobody will ever get this information. MP is how you got paid and that is all you will ever be able to prove.
Probably just USPS way of not paying out claims. Definitely worth NOT paying extra for any insurance going forward.
