Ebay signin not working

Keep getting this message many times a day for over a week now when I try to sign in. Is it just me?

What browser are you using? Type and version number?

Have you tried a private or incognito browser window, or another browser?

I'm using Chrome, not sure what version. Not a huge problem as when I click the second time, it does work.
