Hi there.
Ebay has not sent a payment for 2 months.
Custommer support only responds with template text.
I have been an ebay user for 16 years and have a 100% positive review.
Ebay acknowledged that the technical problem. They asked for patience. Many deadlines have expired ...
I currently have no product and no money. In fact! customer service doesn't answer anymore ... I'm bitter. I paid a lot of commissions to ebay .....
All payments are set. I always see this message:
"Your payouts are on hold because you don’t have a payment method on file that can be charged for any outstanding selling costs. Please add one to get paid."
Who can I contact?

Oh, you've been 'invited' to join in Managed Payments'! How many times have you been notified about it? Some are fine with it with nearly no issues, but others are not so happy. It's really up to you. To sell here, you need to go ahead. Just make it a single account JUST for ebay/online sales. It's the new way and all online sites are going that route.

Yes, I was invited .... I joined right away! I provided all the information that ebay checked. My IDs were also checked ....
For a while, the payouts worked every 2 days.
Random came this error message. I wrote 2 letters to customer service and have already received payments again ....
Now 2 months ago, letter "doesn't help ...."
I stopped all my sales.

Yes. There is a valid payment option. Also bank account and debit card. I also shop on ebay occasionally every week.
2 clicks and the product is paid for. So it works ...
If I want to add a second credit card to my account, this is the error:
"We could not verify this card. Please select a different payment method."
The whole thing is funny .....

I have followed up with the technical team for an update, but unfortunately the issue is yet to be resolved, and they are requesting for some more time. I am unable to provide you an exact time frame, but we are expecting the issue to be resolved at the earliest.
