Ebay says I have 2 order to ship but only 1 order found

Since last Friday, I keep getting notified of orders to ship, but, it appears that I am missing an order or the last order shipped on Thursday didn't clear out? There is always one order left outstanding.

All of my screens are correct except for the notification bell and the opening screen view.

Am I missing an order somewhere? I thought this would clear out after I cleared out all my caches on all my devices. I am afraid I am truly missing an order since so many days have passed and it didn't resolve itself.

The notification bell says there are 2 orders to ship. The opening screen says 2 orders to ship. Seller hub says 1 order to ship.

If anyone has any ideas to fix this it would be great! I am afraid I am truly missing an order though I have checked everything I can and do not see an "extra" order.

I’ll often see a difference in the account because of multiple items in a single order. So, you might have two items bought in one order – eBay is telling you have two items to ship, and one order.

I wish that were the case and that is a great idea.

I went through all the orders shipped and none had two line items since Thursday. I even made sure the tracking was picked up on ebay for all the orders shipped last week.

I am afraid an order came in during Thursday maintenance and then it poofed or something.

Or, the last order I shipped isn't registering or something. (Tracking is in for all shipped orders).

But I believe logically (lol) that I only have orders that I actually see an order for in the seller hub, which is 1. Even though ebay is telling me 2 in other areas.

I just don't want to have a message out of the blue about an order I didn't know existed.
