Is anyone else currently having technical difficulties trying to set up Multi-User Account Access? I have Seller Hub enabled and 2FA. I went to Account, Permissions, Authorized User and set up the secondary user that way. He received the email no problem. However, when he follows the link in the email and signs into his own eBay account, he immediately gets the screen below. This screen is NOT appearing after he tries to do any specific task; it's just immediately after signing in.
Does anyone know of a solution? I called customer service and they said they thought he just might not be connected to the internet...

From @fashunu4eeuh ‘s link, there is this tidbit:
”If the authorized user has an eBay account with the same email address, they will be taken to the eBay sign-in page when they accept your invitation.”
I meant to copy the rest, but basically, if the amount they’re signing into isn’t using the exact email address used for the MUAA invite, they need to create a new account that is.
