Ebay Pic Server Errors Again

Here we go again. As of tonight, when you try to attach an image to a Email responding to a message through Ebay Messages, you get a "Server Error" when you try to attach a pic. I had a whole host of problems loading auctions yesterday with the system not loading the pics stored on Ebay's own site. When is Ebay going to move from the 1880's into the 2000's with a system that can do rudimentary processes like transfer pics properly that are a required necessity for auctions on their own site? The person that runs the IT department should be fired as there are constant, daily, problems with Ebay's system for the last 9 months, that other sites systems, performing the same functions, never seem to have.

Same problem being experienced here. Multiple attempts to upload images and nothing but “server error” messages. This is ridiculous.

Re: Ebay Pic Server Errors Again

I have the same problem since yesterday. And Supposedly they don't have issues on their site. It just shows how moronic this system and their IT and CS departments are. USELESS!

Re: Ebay Pic Server Errors Again

Yes I am having the same issues.

All afternoon (THE LAST TWO HOURS), I have been trying to respond to a buyer who is asking questions about a recent purchase he just received from us.  I have tried (using Ebay message system) to upload and attach photos to my reply message.  I have tried literally hundreds of times and three different devices on two different internet connections and get the same result.

The error message I get is "Server ERROR - remove the attachment and try again later".  Sometimes it pops up during the first 10% of the photo upload and a few other times it has reached up to 90% and then the error pops up.

My  connection is just fine and fairly fast.

Ebay needs to fix this right away.  My buyer has threatened with negative feedback in his initial message that I have spent the whole afternoon trying to reply to!

Yep - me too. I hope the guy who maintains the servers doesn't go into the defence industry!

Re: Ebay Pic Server Errors Again

We are having this problem too. First experienced on Saturday, I've come back to work Monday to attempt to send the same customer the image and still getting server error message. Soul destroying and such a waste of time.

Re: Ebay Pic Server Errors Again

Same here!! Seller wants pictures of wrong item that they've sent.  Been trying since Saturday and it still says 'Server error'.  This is pathetic!!!

To send your photos, your recipient must be able to receive HTML-formatted emails from eBay. Communication preferences can be changed in the account settings section of My eBay.

Re: Ebay Pic Server Errors Again

Same Server error on trying to send pics with messages and when trying to add pics to new listings. Well this is really counter productive.
