Ebay Listing Malfunction

It looks like this listing is for an item you already have on eBay: We don't allow listings for identical items from the same seller to appear on eBay at the same time. If you'd like to list more than one of the same item, create a multi-quantity fixed price listing.

I should Not be getting this message:

The message I received is not an appropriate message because the Time and Date selected for the START of the Auction takes place AFTER the previous sale has ended.

Oops... I might have been mistaken, because Daylight Savings changed the time ahead by 1-hour. So in other words, the START of the auction was in fact BEFORE the previous sale had ended, by 1-hour. Something new and interesting to learn every day! Chock that one up to experience.
