Ebay Can not print label and lead to an Error Page

It is now 5:45 am EST, and I tried printing my labels "individually" and "bulk print"  several times on Firefox, Explorer and Chrome.  I got an error message saying the following below.

If you are in a hurry, you can print your shipping labels through PayPal.

After 7am EST. eBay shipping down for us too. Would rather not use PayPal shipping and lose our shipping discount.

Same discount on PayPal.  Just add the tracking on eBay and mark as shipped.
