Not receiving 'Sale confirmed' notifications

I have not been getting my  'Sale confirmed' notification messages from eBay.

This issue started March 20 2019.

I'm getting the payment confirmations from PayPal but not from eBay.

I've already checked my 'communications preferences' and that is set correctly.

Mine started on 3/20/19 and still not getting them on 3/21/19.  I'm getting the PayPal payment notifications but no sale confirmation from eBay. Checked my eBay account settings and they are correct.  Also logged into my ISP providers WebMail page to see if they were being filtered out as Junk mail;  they were not.

I am having the same problem.  It started on 3/20 in the afternoon and still no sale confirmed email notifications.  Some are coming through my ebay app on my phone but can't rely on all of them coming through either.  Paypal's notices are coming through ok.  Hope they get this glitch fixed soon, will save a lot of time.

Having the same problem here - no eBay "item sold" emails received, with problem starting on March 20.

On the slim hope, a very slim hope, that some clerk from Ebay reads these forums, allow me to add my name to the list of people who are no longer receiving e-mail sales confirmation notifications from Ebay as of a few days ago.

I had the same problem yesterday (03/20), but they seem to be back up and running today (03/21).

Same here....on 3/19 I got 2 of 3 sale end confirmations, yesterday 3/20 got none. Hello out there in eBay tech guru land....please fix this.....thanks!

I had the same issue yesterday. A customer purchased an item from us which cleared through paypal but never though ebay. The item was still up and listed even after the customer purchased the item. I called paypal and they stated ebay didn't clear the purchase and the fund where returned to the buyer. After that , I called ebay and they didn't have any idea whats going on. They could see the payment confirmation but could not figure out why it never got taken down. Basically no answer, fast forward to today and the same customer was able to purchase the same item and clear the payment. So ebay definitely had some issues with purchase orders throughout the day yesterday. Everything seems back to normal on our end.

I am also not receiving notifications from the eBay app when I have a sale. No "cha-ching"! I do receive an email notice and a PayPal notice but nothing from eBay. It's been going on for a week for me now and today is April 12th, 2019.

I often get the sale email hours after I have shipped the item.  I do get the paypal notification.  I also haven't gotten  the notice that shows the how much it will cost to list the item.  I feel that ebay is doing this one deliberately so that I make an error and actually pay a listing fee.

This has gone on for me for about a month.  When I list an item, I receive those verification emails.  When it's sold, it's hit or miss.  I also receive the messages from PayPal.  And the Promotional emails, they're in My Messages, but they never come thru to my email. 

My Preferences are set correctly, nothing in my Spam folders, they're just missing.  I see this new one from eBay, never got this for an email either "Save 50% on selling fees and let your profits soar"
