EBAY Tech Issues for my account this weekend

I'm going to start sharing all my ebay account issues here as I do in my videos...

--Over 2500 of my listings vanished 5 days ago. Meaning my store count 55k do not match my actual aka seller hub number of 57k. Last time this happened it was 1000 and then they totally vanished from both and I guess are no longer listed. Am I going to lose these 2500 listings now?

--Offers still not working properly and have not for at least 6 months straight. Only 3 in 12 hours and get "system failure" over and over when trying to accept offers.

--My account will not load properly, very delayed if it loads at all. (Ebay rep had this issue also with my account). This has been going on for about 2 months.

I feel for you – I can’t imagine how eBay issues affect you. It has to be taxing mentally for sure.

Might part of the problem be the sheer size of your store?

Why can't the offers ever work. Something that seems so simple has been barely working for way too long.

They really destroyed the ebay website with overnight updates/changes. Almost half way through my day and ZERO, that is ZERO organic sales!!! Totally ruined my sales for this half of the day with 58,000 items!!!

are you saying 'organic' meaning you are ONLY getting sales via Promoted Sales?

Correct, normally it's a 60/40 split, promoted at 60% but on days the site is trashed I get little to no organic sales.

My numbers are off even more, lost more listings. Promotions is not loading/working. Offers still a mess and my sales are taking a hit for all the issues. Down 35-50% from just a week ago.

Also forget, when these new rounds of problems started my green numbers within seller hub turned black. IE Up 30% is black instead of green

I noticed this on the Review Your Traffic page a couple of weeks ago:

I called it in and the rep was unsure whether it was an intended change or a tech issue. The data presented is useless not being able to tell if the percentages are up or down.

I am having more and more drafts being deleted, someone who works on 2000 drafts at a time this is NOT good and is making me do work twice.

Draft titles not saving, also something is majorly off today. After the over night shutdown, got $200 in a quick couple of hours and then nothing since. What is going on ebay!!! Why must we keep messing up the website and hurting sellers.
