Starting a few days ago, I am routinely getting domestic shipping errors when trying to enter shipping dimensions and finalize listings. The error says something is missing when I have already entered the shipping details. The only way I have found to “fix” this error is to go to the shipping details, flip “I don’t know the package details” to on and then off again and then list the item. I am befuddled. I have not changed anything about my listing process. I am using the app (I tried deleting it and redownloading but that didn’t change anything.)

There appears to be an issue as several users are reporting a problem. Shake your device while the app is open to file a tech report @ecsmith99 .
Thanks for sharing the work-around for getting past the problem until the bug is fixed in a future app release.

Same but "flipping" isn't working for me. It auto inputs weight and dimensions or completely prevents me from picking a shipping option

It’s definitely gotten better - I had about three errors this morning but I listed maybe 20 things so not bad. Thanks!
