I am currently unable to purchase an item, either through the buy it now or add to cart options. I have bought hundreds of items on ebay and have changed no information recently, I am simply going through the same process I've gone through hundreds of times but now it is not working.
Details: When I click the "Buy It Now" button, on the following screen there is a "Proceed to Checkout" button. When I click this button, it simply turns grey and nothing happens. It is the same if I press "Add to Cart", I go to the following screen where there is a "Proceed to Cart" button, but this button turns grey and nothing happens. Please help resolve this problem, I'd prefer not to start buying through Amazon but obviously I will have no choice if this is not resolved.
