Delivery option resets when I try to list

Unable to list as delivery option deletes when i do so and errors as delivery method missing. tried various browsers, same issue

Are you using the App? It has been really glitchy lately. I noticed selling similar the shipping looks blank before clicking on the pencil. And I believe it will be blank if you open it up. I found to ignore it saying no shipping is selected and list the item. The shipping was in the template the whole time. Is that the issue you are having?

Sounds a different issue. I am on a Mac. I solved my issue. I had to turn off account settings - business options - opt out
