I have been dealing with this for the last 2 days. I was trying to facilitate a return and couldnt communicate at all on ANY browser with all the cookies deleted, cache cleaned, etc, etc,etc. So, I tried the ebay app instead. It worked perfectly. In summation, at least temporarily, download and use the ebay app as a work around. I like the app better anyway, so maybe make it permanent. Hope this helps.

Same problem with Chrome. No problem with IE8.

Potential buyer sent me a message several hours ago and I cannot reply to it from the email with his message nor from my messages in my eBay account page. I see the page in the image below instead. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Something is soundly broken with this feature. Please fix ASAP. Thank you.

same thing is happening to me also have a best offer I need to respond to and there is no option to respond to the buyer. Not a good way to start the day on here. Something all the time on here to mess us up it seems.

On the B/O, click in the box on lower left and that should bring up the page to make a response........
