Is there a way I can remove old credit cards on my account??

If you are trying to remove or update a card from your eBay account, check your Account: Personal Information: Financial Information:

https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbay&CurrentPage=MyeBayPersonalInfo&FClassic=true&ssPageName=...

Otherwise, check your paypal account under "Wallet", select the card you want to update or remove and then at the bottom of the page you should see those options.
