I think the next release date is July 3rd? Might be June 3rd... but anyway, they are not due yet.

The next Ebay Bucks Redemption Certificate will be issued during the first week of July for this current quarter's earnings (Apr/May/Jun). When you receive the Ebay Bucks Redemption Certificate, you will have 30 days to use your Ebay Bucks.
